Irvine Auditorium
This floor is typical of any waxed floor. There is a long-term buildup of wax, with a lot of dirt. In this particular case, the wax had not been stripped for years and, in addition to being very dirty, was gummy also. Some administrators at the UofP had actually had their shoes pulled off of their feet when walking to the podium!
Phase 0 dissolves wax. In this picture you can see the beginning of the removal process with just 5 seconds of the Sand-Boni running with Phase 0.
The first pass of the Sand-Boni with Phase 0 softens the wax. On the left of the picture, you can see the results after 2 passes of Phase 0.
After 3 passes of the Sand-Boni with Phase 0, there is no wax remaining on the floor.
