Preparing a House for Sale
Around the perimeter of this room, new parquet had been installed which was a different color than the old parquet. You can see this in the upper right-hand of the picture. In addition, the real estate agent recommended a more rich color than the existing honey oak.

The agent and the client selected our Brazillian Cherry color. We were able to turn the honey oak color into a rich exotic brazillian cherry. Also, if you look in the top right hand corner again, the new tile was blended with the older tile. Both the agent and the client felt the value of the house had been increased.
