Franchising - 2006
We have sold Franchises! Dallas/Fort Worth, Ontario, Canada, New York City (February start), Boston, MA (February start), and Philadelphia. For the first 20 Franchisees, we are going to finance the franchise license payment for, up to 20 months, at 0% interest.
1, Your new business should generate enough money to pay for the Franchise fee!2. Also, if you buy a territory, and decide after 6 months the business is not for you, you can terminate your agreement with no further responsibility. We will buy back any unopened chemicals, and give you 50% of the price you paid for the Floor Conditioning Machine, and any sundry items.
3. The Initial Franchise Fees start at $3,000.
4. Based on the size of your franchise fee, payment terms, over not more than 24 months, can be arranged, with no interest. Your business should be doing well enough, to pay the franchise fee without additional investment from you. If the business isn't generating enough revenue to pay the franchise fee, you shouldn't continue with SandFree™.
5. Your Franchise Fee will be based on the territory you select - up to 2800 square miles
6. Optionally, you can have SandFree™ Inc. answer your inbound telephone calls and be billed on a percentage of Gross Sales. This helps you eliminate administrative costs including secretaries, office rent, taxes, utilities etc. We will host your contact manager software and schedule sales calls and service appointments. If you use our financial software, we will also apply credit card deposits as sales are recorded.
As you'll see, when you get the Universal Franchise Offering Circular, there is no requirement that this be the only franchise you're involved in. We feel it is to your best advantage, to use SandFree™ as one service that you offer a customer, but you want to offer other interior services also - carpet, tile, carpet cleaning, etc. This is what we do. If you are a painter, carpenter, flooring installer, SandFree™ is an additional service that you should offer.
As I've said to the potential franchisees who have visited, the system works. Your success will depend on your ability to market the service. We have ads with which we have had success. We have negotiated national contracts with certain media. Our efforts may work for you. You may find other methods that are more satisfactory in your area, but in the end, your success will be based on how well you do introducing people to SandFree™.
