Not all floors are this bad, but sometimes we run into wood that is marginally reclaimable.  Fortunately, although this floor looks awful, the dirt and grime was predominantly in the finish and on the surface.

The section on the left has been treated with Phases 1,2, and 3.  The improvement, such as in the case, can be dramatic.

This is the floor fully prepped. Although there are some stains that are in the wood, and won't be removed without a sanding, 95% of the floor looks great.
